I’ve stayed at Tempoo Hotel twice now with friends, and we’d use it again. The hotel and rooms are very clean, and the restaurant was clean too. Breakfast included fresh pancakes and omelettes made while you wait. The location is spot on, close to Guilez and the train station. All the staff were extremely friendly, and manager Amira did a great job making sure we were comfortable. She’s easy to talk to, attentive, and considerate. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

The hotel was good value, but the staff are what made the difference. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. Rachid especially stood out: polite, incredibly helpful, and unusually professional. He made my stay smoother and more enjoyable. Thanks to the whole team, and especially Rachid, for making it such a positive experience.

The breakfast team made this stay for me. Gizlan and Rajae were lovely and the service was brilliant. The hotel itself is a nice four-star place, with clean, comfortable rooms, a TV and fridge, though no kettle or tea and coffee. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor called Wilma, with a very good breakfast and decent food at fair prices. I changed my rating to five stars on the last day because of those ladies.

Marrakech is an experience I won't forget, and Tempoo was a great place to come back to and reset after exploring. I planned lots of spas, excursions, and restaurants, and the staff here took good care of me and my friends and accommodated everything we needed. We were welcomed with flowers, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were amazing. I also loved the pool design and used the fitness center for morning cardio. I'd definitely return on another trip to Marrakech, Morocco.

The breakfast is fantastic, with a huge choice, and the CTM bus station is only a few minutes away on foot, handy for an early bus. The hotel is quiet, the staff are friendly, and the room was comfortable with good beds.
