TUI BLUE Medina Gardens – Adults Only – All Inclusive

As I write this, we're at the end of our week-long stay, and overall it's been a lovely, good-value break. The food was lovely, the weather great, and there's plenty to do. The people working here are great, and Marrakech is a wonderful city. Thanks to all the staff. We may well return to the Riad next time we're in Marrakech. The religious holiday seems to have meant fewer staff, though, and standards were evidently different at the start and end of our seven days. Cleanliness in the outdoor communal areas also wasn't quite up to standard.

Room 3002 was the best accommodation we've ever had, and the nightclub above it stopped at midnight, so noise wasn't a problem. Housekeeping was top class, as was the hotel's cleanliness. The buffet was one of the best we've had, though the French guest with the apron was a bit annoying. We thought the food at the a la carte restaurant was only average. We stayed for a week and leave with great memories. The location is superb, the entertainment was good, and every staff member made us feel welcome. The main bar staff did their best to get us drunk every night! The service was amazing, especially from Muhammad and Bader. We're already talking about coming back next year. Thank you.

The hotel is nice and well located, and most of the stay was fine. The room was clean, the staff were very nice, and each morning while we were at breakfast it was properly cleaned and maintained. But I felt really unwell and lost two full days of my holiday, unable to leave the room. I'd only eaten at the hotel because I trusted the food and wanted to avoid problems, but I still became ill. Food hygiene didn't seem great, and I noticed dirty glasses and cups. When I raised it with staff, they didn't seem to understand what the issue was. I wouldn't normally complain, but after spending two days sick in my room, I felt I had to mention it. When my partner told reception how ill I was, they didn't check on me or offer help. After this experience, I would avoid staying here again.

What made this hotel stand out was how thoughtful the staff were. Hajar made us wonderful cocktails throughout our four-night stay, and when I arrived with a cold, she even made her own "Barber version" of English Lemsip. With some rest, I felt so much better. The security staff also greeted us warmly whenever we went through the gates, which added to the welcoming feel. We stayed all-inclusive at TUI Blue Medina Gardens, and it's easily the best hotel we've stayed at. The gardens are beautiful and immaculately kept, and the whole place feels so relaxing. There's a great variety of food, everything we tried was delicious, and there are plenty of vegetarian options. The souks and parks are easy to walk to, so it's a convenient place to explore from. The setting, service, and care were outstanding. I wish I could take this hotel with me to every country I visit. I can't recommend it highly enough.
