The price is very good compared with a stay in Marrakech, and parking was no problem. It’s in a less busy area, and the apartment had everything needed for a short or long stay. The rooms are spacious, and the swimming pool was clean and nice. Thank you very much! Elias

The noise finally stopped only after staff cut the electricity to the room, about four hours into the chaos. Until then, I spoke to the man who seemed to be the manager, Hicham, three times. He first said they hadn't known about the party and that the guests had promised to finish by 9 PM, then assured me he'd handle it. Later he said he couldn't do anything and even claimed he didn't know the property's own rules, despite my showing him a screenshot. We had booked this place for its Booking.com rules against parties and events, including hen and stag parties, and its quiet hours from 00:00 to 07:00. Traveling with our 3-month-old baby, we wanted a peaceful stay. The first night was fine, though the WiFi was practically unusable. At 1:15 AM on the second night, the neighboring room became a nightclub, with singers, dancers, loud music, shouting, and at least 35 people packed inside. I thought it might settle down, but it only got louder and rowdier. Staff kept repeating, “Don’t worry, we will fix it.” Our baby couldn't sleep and was visibly upset by the noise. It was an exhausting, upsetting night for my wife and me. This ruined the relaxing trip we'd hoped for. The disregard for the rules, the poor management, and having to handle all this while caring for a baby made it an experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Avoid it if you want peace, safety, or basic respect for guests.

A nice place, but it wasn't clean.

The amenities, cleanliness, and hospitality were all good. Getting around was the problem. A taxi means walking about 1 km first, then paying 150 to 200 to reach town. There's no useful bus option, and getting back is the same story, so allow around 30€ extra per day in your budget. Restaurants and shops aren't very close either. The hotel staff can pick up what you need and bring it to you, but only before 6pm.
