Muhamed, the concierge, said everything would be fixed, but in the end they admitted it couldn’t be. There was no working ventilation, so the bathroom humidity spread through the room, and the burnt electrical smell remained. The bathroom was left dirty after the repair, and when we asked for cleaning and proper help, Muhamed was unprofessional and unhelpful. We were moved between rooms for no clear reason, hauling our suitcases up and down without any improvement. That evening the bathroom lights stopped working, followed by the smell of burnt wires. It was one of the three worst hotel experiences of our three-week trip.

A real gem in Tangier. The place was clean, the service was top notch, and we really appreciated the hospitality.

The beds, bathrooms, and decor were fresh, clean, and tasteful, and the place offered excellent value for money. We were there for a week, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Morocco. I arrived at the last minute after my accommodation fell through, and Issam stayed late to get me settled and helped me book affordable transport on short notice.

The rooftop sitting area was lovely for watching the sunset, and the staff were great. Breakfast was amazing, and the room was very large, with nice facilities and a beautiful bathroom. The riad was beautifully refurbished, nicely remodeled, and clean. It was easy to find on foot from the ferry dock, and I’d definitely recommend it.
