The reception staff were respectful and very nice. When rain and strong wind caused a power problem in our room, they gave us breakfast for free. Mohammed, the head waiter, was respectful and generous, and zakaria, who served us, was friendly and kind too. It's a great hotel for the price, and I can't complain. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone.

The site itself is okay, but I've stayed at cheaper campsites that include Wi-Fi. The staff here were miserable. I needed a connection to install my esim, and they wouldn't let me use the Wi-Fi, so I went to the waterpark across the way. A very friendly guy there let me connect to the office Wi-Fi.

Latifa at reception was professional, friendly, and helpful. She made us feel welcome, showed us around, and suggested local restaurants. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and a good size, and ours looked out at the pool. Wi-Fi and parking were free, and the price was good for what we got. The location is great too, with an amusement park a minute's walk away, plus the beach and plenty of local restaurants nearby. We were missing towels at first, but they sorted that out quickly. Highly recommend!

After just one night, we left and won't ever return. We were so disappointed with everything. The place was smelly, dirty, and sticky, and the restaurant was no better. The breakfast was old and stinky, and the swimming pools were empty. The price really doesn't match the quality.
