Riad Itry - Hostel

We’re still here until Friday, but already wanted to write. Kamal and Omar made us feel at home right from arrival. They’re genuinely lovely and welcoming, and Kamal’s enthusiasm for his work comes through. His background and experience are impressive. The riad is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, in a quiet and secure neighborhood. Our cozy room has access to the kitchen, which is handy for snacks and drinks. Thanks for such warm hospitality. Some people and places really deserve all the love.

A calm, pleasant place to stay. It was cheap on Airbnb too. I’d recommend it.

I’m writing this before we’ve even left. Kamal and Omar are two lovely people who welcomed us with open arms and kindly answered all our questions. The area is quiet, just outside the bustle, and only about a three-minute walk from everything we needed. I’d recommend staying here.

Omar was warm and helpful, though I didn't meet Kamal. The rooms and facilities are simple, but fair for the price. It's an easy walk to the tourist sights, while the more local setting gives you a different view of Marrakech.
