There was unjustified chaos and poor treatment from the administrators and receptionist. The customer service is completely unprofessional, and the hotel managers don’t know how to deal with customers. Even the security guard gets involved in interactions between customers and management. I was too busy to explain the reason or issue this time, but next time you can be sure I’ll take strict legal action. This hotel is part of an international chain and should have respectful, professional staff who serve customers instead of lying to them.

The reception service was excellent and very professional. My room was clean and warm, and breakfast was good. A comfortable stay, highly recommended.

The restaurant was the real letdown again. My IBIS Quarzazate review has more of the same. The rooms are basic and small, which is what you expect for a 3-star hotel. If you don’t speak or read Arabic, this is the IBIS hotel in Meknes. For breakfast, go around the corner from pizzahut. There’s a lovely little café/restaurant with seven or eight different choices, and the two we tried were delicious.

The housekeeping team were polite and nice, which I appreciated. Most of the other staff weren’t very helpful, though, and the overall cleanliness was poor. My room at IBS Hotel in Meknes lacked hygiene as well as basic things like towels and slippers. A disappointing stay.

The hotel is really cool, and I had a good experience here. Thanks for dealing with us.
