Maison Do

Abdul was the real treasure of this hotel. From the start, he was kind, polite, attentive, and always smiling. He treated us with genuine care, helped whenever needed, and was professional throughout. The rooms were clean and well kept, just as expected, and the calm atmosphere felt cozy. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

Ali made a real difference to our stay at the Maison Do Hotel. He arranged transport smoothly throughout, and went out of his way to make sure my friend could get into the hotel well after check-in hours. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, and clearly cared about getting every detail right. His thoughtfulness and pride in his work made the whole experience much better. Ali is a gem and deserves recognition for the care he gives guests.

The team at Maison Do made us feel looked after throughout, with personal service from beginning to end. Ali and Abdu deserve a special mention. They were consistently warm, attentive, and professional.

Our stay here was by far our worst experience in Morocco. The rooms were filthy, and the promised cleaning never happened. Breakfast was awful, with too little room to eat and a selection that was mediocre at best. The food was poor and the portions too small. There was hardly any staff around, and when we found someone, they were unfriendly and uninterested. The manners were atrocious, and people were outright rude. The hotel promised a refund, but after that promise they stopped replying to our requests and emails. We never received the money. When we stayed, the hotel treated us in a rude and disgusting way. They don't have the decency to answer questions sent directly, but they do post a standard response to critical reviews to try to discredit them. I expect Management (Julie) will probably reply with the usual message denying we stayed there, as they seem to do on other critical reviews. Their standard reply says they have no record of the stay and asks reviewers to ensure they've actually been guests. The hotel should follow through on promised refunds, clean the place, provide a decent breakfast, train the staff properly, and make future guests' stays more pleasant than what current guests are experiencing.
