Hotel Beautiful

We had confirmed our late arrival several times and already paid, but when we showed up after midnight, there was no room for us. The staff said the hotel was full without explaining what had happened, and treated us with extreme disrespect while we were exhausted from traveling. They even suggested the women stay and the men find somewhere else at 3 AM. After hours of pushing for a solution, we were given three apartments, but their condition was completely unacceptable, as shown below. The whole experience left me deeply disappointed. The broken promises, unprofessional staff and substandard accommodation are inexcusable. Seriously, don't stay here. You'll regret it.

The rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was really tasty. My husband and I spent about a week at Hotel Beautiful and loved our time there. From the beginning, the staff were helpful and kind, always smiling. We hope we can come back soon.

The apartment was quiet, peaceful and felt safe. Our beds were comfortable, and the place was clean when we arrived, with frequent cleaning possible. The living room had a comfortable sofa and a nicely designed layout, plus a smart TV with lots of channels. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. There’s an ATM and a shop for essentials nearby, and taxis are fairly easy to find by the main road. It’s close to the main part of Nador, the beautiful Masjid Mohammed VI, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel apartment.

I don't feel this hotel is safe, and the management does NOT seem to care about guests. I believe there's a big possibility employees or management are working with a group of criminals. They have spare keys that they give to thieves when they think you're an easy target. There's a camera system, but when you need access, they're reluctant to provide it and say the cameras are turned off or not working. Look for another hotel in Nador.
