Chateau Eden El Rouh

The beach view makes the restaurant a lovely place to eat, and it was clean and well kept when we visited. The atmosphere, though, felt like it was missing something. There was no music or energy, just an uncomfortable quiet. Some background music or livelier feel would help. We also had to pay 30 dhs for parking even though we were dining at the hotel, which didn’t seem fair. The restaurant has potential, but the extra fee and lack of warmth brought the experience down.

The location is nice, but the service was terrible. There were unpleasant smells all around, the staff seemed unprofessional, and the prices were far too high for what they offer. It was a very bad experience and absolutely not worth the money.

We first went to the hotel after hearing good things while visiting Oualidia with my family, and we loved it. The view and atmosphere were lovely, and the service was the best. Abdelfattah greeted us at the door, found a table for all six of us, took our orders, and looked after us right through to our satisfied departure. We liked it enough to come back the next day to watch the sunset. Abdelrazzak served us that time, and the service was just as good. Would definitely recommend, five stars all around. Can’t wait to visit again.

Issam deserves a special mention. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and cared for, and his warm, helpful manner made the stay even better. The staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The property is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the food was delicious. It made for a relaxing, memorable stay, and I can’t wait to return. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway.
