We used the pool and sun beds instead of going into town. The Riad is on Ouarzazate's outskirts, near the main road but in a quiet neighborhood. It made for a convenient, luxurious stop on our trip from the desert in Erg-Chebbi toward Marrakech.

There wasn't anyone available to help overnight. At 5 AM we needed hot water for our daughter's milk and had no one to ask. The buffet breakfast and fixed-menu dinner were below average. Our room had no phone, fridge, or kettle, and to get a hairdryer we had to ask at the entrance, since there isn't a proper reception desk.

We were there for one night and had a great experience. Good food, lovely rooms, and a beautiful view. All good.

We had a really good time. The room was clean, the food was good, and the staff were super friendly. The one issue was the AC, which couldn't get enough fresh air into the room.

A little oasis tucked away. The rooms were clean and beautiful, with a huge bathroom, plenty of hot water, and nice amenities. We loved both dinner and breakfast. We'll definitely come back!
