For an ibis, this is a good one. The rooms are large for the brand, with a well-designed bathroom and good storage. Staff were friendly, helpful and organised. Parking is good, though you might need to use a spot outside the main car park. It's safe, and the guardian there is fine. We didn't try breakfast or the pool since we were there in December, but both looked good, especially the pool. The bar has nice decor and reasonable prices. I'd stay again.

The location is ideal and there's free parking. Staff were all very nice, and the breakfast buffet had everything we needed. We also enjoyed having a hotel bar that served alcohol, especially on football game nights. Food and drinks at the hotel are expensive, which didn't surprise us, so it's cheaper to eat and drink elsewhere. One thing that bothered us was that some staff were reluctant to change larger notes. Small bills matter when paying in local currency, since many local tradors can't make change, and paying by card costs much more. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds and working heating and AC, but several things were frustrating: a broken TV, plugs that didn't work, and repeated trouble with the key cards. We were supposed to have a mountain view and never got one. Noise from the nightclub next door forced us to change rooms midway through our third night. The second room was much quieter, and the staff fixed the things that weren't working the same day.

We came in January and the heating worked well. Breakfast was nice, and you could see the pool from where it was served. It was what you'd expect from an Ibis.

The staff took any complaint seriously and responded straight away. I had a good stay, and thanks to everyone there, especially Ibrahim & Hicham. I'll definitely come back.

Good enough for the price. It's usually quiet, and the pool is great. The air con takes a while to get going, and the breakfast was poor, so I wouldn't pay for it. It's a 20-minute walk from the centre.
