Mustafa and his family made us feel so welcome. We were greeted with tea and lots of travel advice, and their hospitality made our trip comfortable and gave us such a heartwarming welcome to Ouarzazate. The service was amazing. We’d definitely come back!

The owners are the real treasure here, so warm and welcoming. Guests are greeted with tea and homemade cookies. My room was spacious and had a beautiful view, and the shower had warm water with a good flow. A wonderful homestay.

The mattresses are hard, just so you know. Everything else was super clean, and the host took such good care of us. He welcomed us with tea and snacks, and his wife made us a perfect dinner. We totally recommend Maison d‘Hôtes Ghalil.

The rooftop sunset was gorgeous, and the view from our clean, roomy bedroom was lovely too. We were the only guests, so they let us pick our room, which looked even better than the photos. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. It felt like walking into a family home. We were welcomed with tea, delicious dates, and homemade cookies, then shown around the house. Dinner was a tasty three-course meal made to suit our wishes. The place is a real gem, though it isn't shown very well on Booking or Google Maps. A few small shampoo or shower gel bottles in the bathroom would be nice, but that's minor. I really recommend it.

I've stayed in plenty of riads, auberges, and gites around Morocco, and this was among the best. The hosts were both nice. The place was very clean, the terrace had a great view, and my room had a working heater and a hot shower. In the off season I paid 300dh, including laundry and breakfast.
