The WiFi worked seamlessly, and the place looked just like the photos on the website and from other guests. It was a quiet, well-lit, pleasant neighborhood, and a convenient stop between Marrakech and Erg Chigaga dunes. Our triple room wasn't very big, but the beds were comfortable and each had an outlet beside it. I didn't love having it on the third floor of the walk-up, though they let me move to the ground floor. My companions preferred the third floor and stayed there. There wasn't much English spoken, though French and Arabic seemed common. I couldn't get across my food allergy, despite their trying, so I had to eat around some dishes. I've found that's common in Southeastern Morocco. The manager kept saying he wanted me to be happy and made a real effort, which I appreciated. I didn't take photos inside.

Hassan made us feel very welcome, carrying our bags upstairs and bringing tea and cookies when we arrived. The rooms were lovely, and the bathrooms had plenty of space. He even called a taxi for our dinner, and offered to bring breakfast upstairs for anyone who missed it, ready for when they woke up. I highly recommend this place.

A beautiful place with tasty breakfast and great staff who helped with everything we needed. A couple of things need better care, though: our door kept sticking and was difficult to unlock, and the shower door was hard to open.

They were ready for us even though we arrived late, at 2200, and were very accommodating. Hassan and the staff immediately helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs. The room was a good size, the hot shower worked, and the AC was fine. The traditional decor throughout was beautiful. After a long travel day, they arranged a taxi for a late dinner at ~2230. The driver was someone they knew and was kind enough to pick us up for the return trip too. Breakfast was included and free, with breads, jelly, cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh juice, tea and coffee. My wife and a few family members weren't feeling well after the previous day's travel and couldn't come down. Hassan put their food and drinks on a tray and brought it upstairs to our room. We had a great stay, and that extra effort made it even better. I'd stay again. Special thanks to Hassan!

The service was excellent, and the rooms were beautiful. But winter was freezing, even with the heating turned all the way up.
