The food had no taste, and the service was really bad. My physically disabled friend and I asked to have dinner brought to our rooms and were willing to pay, but the request was refused. The rooms also aren’t accessible for disabled people. It’s a shame this rubbish place gets 4 stars, and I wouldn’t choose it for a visit to Rabat.

I paid before arriving, but was asked to pay again when I checked out. That lack of professionalism summed things up. There’s no parking, so you have to leave the car on the street and pay the street guards. The rooms were dark even with all the lights on, and despite the offer saying “balcony,” there wasn’t one. I could hear the person next door snoring, so the room wasn’t soundproof, and the hotel was noisy, with horns and doors slamming at 3am. Breakfast cost 140Dhr a day and was disgusting. This is the worst 4 star hotel I’ve stayed in. Avoid it.

I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel. The customer service was nonexistent, and it wasn’t worth the price.

The front desk staff were genuinely kind. When I left at 3am, they made me coffee to take with me. The laundry service was excellent and reasonably priced, the internet worked well throughout, and I slept comfortably. I also had hot water every day. The AC only started working in my room on the last night, though, and I couldn’t tell whether the bottled water in the room fridge cost extra. The rooms are plain, but for about 100 euros/night they have what you need. It’s a pleasant neighborhood a little away from the touristy Medina, with Agdal train station and several tram stops nearby, so it was easy to get around.
