The internet and room sound insulation could be better, but the stay at Flower Town Hotel in Rabat was still great. The hotel is lovely, and there was plenty to choose from at both breakfast and dinner, all delicious. Mr. Fettah was especially helpful with many things, and Akram was kind and helpful too. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

We had to take our own luggage up to the rooms. The bathroom blind didn't work, so there was no privacy for anyone using the bathroom. It was embarrassing.

The check-in reception was abrupt. Akram shouldn't be working with the public. He didn't treat women or guests respectfully, and then sarcastically blamed me for not understanding his poor English.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was great, and the hotel itself was clean, modern, and in a very good location. The staff were kind and professional. I arrived around 5 a.m., even though my booking started that day and it was before check-in. Wassim and another man at reception understood the mistake and arranged a room for me straight away at a good price. Soumaya and Ibtissam were also consistently welcoming, available, and helpful. Thanks to the rest of the staff as well.

My family felt more welcome here than anywhere in the world. The hotel and spa were amazing, and so were the massages and hair services. Housekeeping were lovely, and the lady on floor 2 at reception was a real five-star worker. The concierge helped us so much. Soumia, you deserve a promotion, the most helpful receptionist I've ever met. Thanks to all of you for your help. We'll definitely come back.
