Riad Les Trois Palmiers El Bacha

Marouan made our short three-day visit much easier, explaining the souks, how to find our way back, and lots of other useful details. He even arranged a last-minute ATV desert trip for the two young men in our group, who had a blast. Pat, the owner, had been quick to respond by email and helped us book excursions and a traditional welcome dinner before we arrived. We were a family of five visiting Morocco for the first time in November 2025, and staying in a medina riad felt like an authentic experience. The rooms were spacious, the rooftop terraces and sitting areas were restful, and we had Moroccan tea and breakfast each day. Everyone was courteous and made us feel at home. We loved our stay and our time in Marrakech, and would come back to this riad.

The two courtyards have different styles, and both add to the charm. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with a beautiful ceramic-tile bathroom. Every staff member treated us kindly and gave us great service. Such a warm place to spend a few days in Marrakesh.

After a long trip, I was glad to have the airport pickup and dinner waiting when I arrived. I stayed in early December, and the single room with its rooftop patio worked perfectly for traveling alone. One surprise: the website showed over 100 euros a night, but I paid 80 euros per night in dirhams once there. I’d suggest booking directly on their site and paying in cash in person.

The staff are friendly, the rooms stay clean, and they tidy them every day. Breakfast has plenty to choose from, and the tea was among the best I had. It’s right in the middle of the Medina, near good restaurants, and the team gave us useful advice about things to do.
