The staff’s warmth and attentiveness are what made this place so special. Our room was like a nice apartment, and we’d give the riad 10/10, or five stars, and recommend it for a stay in Marrakesh. We stayed five nights with breakfast included. Before arrival, Olli answered all our questions, and since it was our first time in Morocco, having airport transfer included was reassuring. Our driver Abdou was there to meet us. The riad was authentic, clean, and well maintained. The bedroom and ensuite met our expectations, were cleaned daily, and had lovely towel arrangements by Aisha and Ajiba, I think those were their names. It was cool in the evenings, but the air conditioning heated the room well, and the hot shower was spot on. Issam, Aisha, and Ajiba hosted breakfast, were informative and funny, and gave us a good start each day. Breakfast was freshly made, with breads, eggs, pancakes, pastries, coffee, tea, and fresh orange juice. It filled us up for the day. Jemaa El Fna is five minutes away, with plenty of souks and restaurants nearby. It rained sometimes, but the riad had that covered. We booked a meal there for our last night, and it was the best meal we had among all the restaurants we tried. The starters, tagines, and dessert were first class and good value.

The staff made us feel at home and were always ready to help, whether with city tips, mint tea, a few basic Arabic words, or arranging an airport transfer. Special thanks to Ahmed and the whole team. We’ve just returned from three wonderful nights at Riad Dar Najat, and it’s a great base in Marrakech, close enough to walk to the main attractions. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with good darkness at night, plenty of hot water, and reversible air conditioning. Breakfast was great, prepared skillfully and served with a smile every morning. We were there because our flight was cancelled, so I wish we’d been able to stay in better circumstances. Still, the riad felt like a one of a kind experience, and we’d happily return. After I reached out very early in the morning, the owner or manager replied quickly, arranged an airport transfer, and let us check in at 8am. The service was excellent from the start. The rooms and shared space were lovely. I slept all day in one of the beds and woke up feeling refreshed. The location was excellent too, with plenty of dining options and many South Medina attractions within a 15-minute walk.

Team Dar Najat go out of their way to make sure your stay is amazing. They treat you like family, and nothing is too much trouble. We got helpful tips on sightseeing and transport, and the breakfast was fit for a king. We booked the welcome meal in advance, and it was a banquet in itself, definitely recommended. The Riad is about a 10-minute walk to the Medina. We’d highly recommend staying here. Thanks, we’ll be back.

The hosts made us feel so welcome, greeting us with mint tea and orange juice and even coming out to the parking area to collect our luggage. They were very warm and helpful, and the hospitality made us very happy. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and closing in the open space made the whole riad comfortable in the cold weather. Breakfast had a nice variety too. The location is superb, near the square and lots of good restaurants. There’s also a very helpful shop right outside the door. The riad is cozy and lovely.
