Four Seasons Hotel Rabat At Kasr Al Bahr

We’ve tried a few Four Seasons hotels, and this one was every bit as good. The setting in the Kasr Al Bahr is stunning and full of character. Our suite looked out over the ocean, a perfect view to wake up to each morning. The food was consistently better than we expected, and they gladly catered to our vegetarian diet. Thanks to the whole team for such a perfect stay.

We had a small problem with the room, but the team sorted it out quickly and supported us during the stay. Their care and professionalism made a big difference. Service and breakfast were both outstanding at the Four Seasons Hotel. I’d highly recommend it.

The sea and Moroccan heritage come together throughout the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat At Kasr Al Bahr. Its refined design brings traditional Moroccan craftsmanship into a modern setting, with a calm, comfortable feel. Set along Rabat's coast, it offers a peaceful and sophisticated setting. From the welcoming reception to dining that combines Moroccan and international flavors, the service is at a high international standard. The wellness facilities also carry the calm of the ocean breeze. For me, it's a graceful hospitality experience that reflects Morocco's beauty and charm.

For such a lovely location, the design is a real pity. The reception area is a disaster, and the ceiling by the outside car waiting area looks shockingly cheap and badly done. I can't believe Four Seasons Hotels Worldwide management approved it. The whole place feels inconsistent, like mistakes were made in both design and execution. It mixes styles, and the decoration, including the Moroccan brass, is badly carved and nowhere near the standard Morocco can offer. The furnishings feel like someone trying to imitate a five-star hotel. The architect or design company seems to have no idea what a palace or a real five-star hotel should look and feel like. Something is wrong.
