There was no room for basic items like slippers, an iron, bottled water, or a kettle, so I wondered if guests were expected to pack all of that themselves. The toilet was extremely cramped, and the room was small and untidy. Even though I was the only customer, I waited 20 minutes for my keys. I really wouldn’t recommend this place.

We had an awful night. The air conditioning didn’t work, and it got so hot that we ended up sleeping on the balcony. When I reported it at reception, the response wasn’t good. I don’t understand why the comments mislead people.

The toilet was very cramped, and in winter there was no hot water. Breakfast wasn’t good either. On top of that, they asked for extra payment for every single thing we requested. A really bad experience.

The location is excellent, right behind the Hassan Tower, and the staff were so friendly they made the stay even nicer. The rooms were spacious, clean, and looked new, with the basic things covered. There were plenty of TV channels in different languages too.

I chose this place because I had an exam at the Dutch consulate nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the reception staff were welcoming. The location worked out really well. I’d recommend it.
