I was traveling as a mother with my daughter, and the stay left us feeling intimidated and unsafe. A hotel should feel safe, but we didn't feel that way here, and the situation didn't seem to be taken seriously. After my daughter went downstairs briefly to pick something up at the entrance, a group of young men knocked on our room door several times. They vanished as soon as I opened it. Not long after, one of them sent my daughter an Instagram follow request. The same group was clearly filming us in the restaurant, which felt intrusive and unsettling. I was especially disturbed that one of the men had found my daughter on social media. It raises serious questions about privacy and safety at the hotel. At breakfast the next morning, we saw a large group of around 25 young men. I told reception about what had happened when we checked out, but they seemed indifferent. They showed no real concern, didn't follow up, and didn't try to reassure us. While we waited outside after checkout, two staff members were visibly talking about us, which made us even more uncomfortable. In a country where situations like this can feel more sensitive, the experience was particularly unsettling.

We had a great experience, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Msemen made by Nadia. The price-to-quality ratio was very good. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was little more than baked goods, and the service at the front desk was poor. The room wasn't cleaned, and they left the same bed covers on for over two weeks. A really awful stay.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and breakfast was very good. The staff were lovely and willing to help.

Breakfast was awful, with ants all over the tables, and the dishes and glasses weren't clean. I had to switch rooms twice because of maintenance problems: one had broken air conditioning, and the lights in the other wouldn't work. The hotel was terrible.
