We had no noise issues, and our windows faced the garden. The manager was a big help with our travel plans and requests, including arranging a private transfer to another city. Service was great throughout. This is a peaceful boutique hotel with a beautiful garden, a lovely hammam and a great pool. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and the whole place is cared for, full of flowers and pleasant smells. We loved our stay and highly recommend it. Other reviews mentioned noise, but we didn't experience any.

I never stayed here because I was advised against it, but I did deal with them for events, and the staff had a poor attitude and didn't respond. The issues just went on. Three-star hotels in Asia are much better and more professional than this pseudo-five-star “hotel.” 👎

The location makes it easy to reach Rabat's main sights, including the city center, Mohammed V Mausoleum, and Kasbah of the Udayas. The hotel itself is in a historic early-20th-century building, with distinctive architecture and a Moroccan-Andalusian look. There are lush gardens, a pool, and elegant outdoor lounge areas, all fitting for a luxurious five-star stay.

I've brought groups here through my travel agency for several years, and the stays used to be nice. This visit left me really disappointed. I asked whether anything could be done for the room on a private holiday, and was simply told they couldn't upgrade me. After spending a lot here over the years, this will be my last stay. A small gesture can matter when keeping returning clients. The bar service was another letdown. We had to go over and order our own drinks and food while staff were watching football. I expected more from a five-star hotel.

The front desk lady was rude and unfriendly, and the standard room felt tiny and dated. Worst hotel I've stayed at in Morocco. Don't stay here.
