We stayed in a lovely en-suite room, and the place was super clean. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning. The hostess was sweet and always smiling, and the Kasbah location made it an easy walk to the Medina of Rabat. Such a gem. I hope I can come back soon, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

It’s not a five-star place, but it is a traditional Moroccan house hotel. The terrace is really nice, and it sits at the old fort.

I’d tell anyone considering this place to look for another riad. Idrissi riad was dirty, with grimy rooms and shower, and we had to beg for towels. The manager was rude and unprofessional, charged more than the booking confirmation said, and then was never around if you needed him. The cleaner was nice, but she didn’t know anything. Music played until 5 a.m. with him and his friend. It didn’t feel suitable for couples or women. I emailed them too, and got a horrible response. Find somewhere better to enjoy Rabat.

I felt so at home here, even though it was my first time sleeping away from home at a riad. The place is really wonderful. Thank you for taking care of us, and I hope to come back soon.
