The area is nice and felt safe, but we had to move three times from our original apartment because of air conditioning problems and a leak. In the second apartment, trying to use the microwave caused a short circuit that cut the lights and electricity in half the rooms and locked the washing machines. During the first two days, we also had to call maintenance to fix the air conditioning because it kept heating the living room and smaller bedroom.

A peaceful, safe place for kids.

The apartment was in a catastrophic state when we arrived, poorly maintained and with no real cleaning. The security guards were also unprofessional, with an unpleasant attitude, no seriousness, and no consideration for residents. For what we paid, the stay was disappointing and unacceptable. I strongly advise against this residence. Avoid it.

Not bad. The pool is small and dirty, and the apartment side is cava for a family.

For me, an apartment isn't worth it here. I'd rather pay extra for a club. I wouldn't recommend staying.
