I felt so welcome, especially when the gentleman looking after the buffet pulled out my chair. Service was outstanding, from him to the kind, helpful front desk team. Our fifth-floor room at the Imperial Hotel Rabat was bright, spacious, clean and had a lovely balcony. It was a comfortable, wonderful stay.

I was unsure about booking this hotel, but my usual place was full and I had important work in Rabat, so I had no other option. I spoke with them and Mr. Hisham was very helpful, arranging the reservation. When I arrived, reception was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. Thanks to Mr. Hisham for sorting the booking and to all the staff.

We were traveling with family and friends and found this clean hotel good value for money. It's near the old Medina and within walking distance of many attractions.

The room only gets three stars from me: it was modern but very small. The stay was okay for one night, but what really bothered me was the woman at breakfast seeming to serve bottled water while filling the bottles from the tap. That's not cool. Saving money on bottled water shouldn't come at the expense of caring about customers' health.
