The service around the pool was perfect, and the staff were wonderful, especially Mohamed, Jamila, and Samir. Mohamed even helped me choose a gift for my mom, which was such a thoughtful touch. My room was huge, bright, and nicely decorated. Food across the restaurants was tasty, and breakfast had lots of variety. A great choice if you want a peaceful break away from the city center.

We had a wonderful stay at the fairmont hotel salé and hope to return next year. Everyone we met was excellent at their job, so I don't want to single out individual staff members. The hotel and spa were spotless thanks to the cleaning crew, and the security team always greeted us with a friendly nod. Staff at the restaurants, spa, reception, and concierge were professional, friendly, and accommodating. We also appreciated the back-of-house team who prepare everything from the melt-in-your-mouth welcome biscuits to the high-quality food in all the restaurants.

The welcoming touches after our long flight made the first visit to Fairmont Rabat Sale hotel feel amazing. At reception, a smiling gentleman in traditional outfit served us traditional mint tea, and there were sweets in my room too. We hadn't expected any of that, and those extra steps made us feel welcome. From the moment we set foot inside, everything felt perfect. The whole staff was professional, helpful, and really welcoming. Tiphanie the dog, or "the Princess" as I liked to call her, was part of that warm welcome too.

I finally had a moment to write this, after being so busy before. I felt completely at ease here, and the stay was peaceful. The whole team was wonderful, especially the reception staff. Mohamed was especially kind and helped me with so many things. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for such a lovely stay 🌟
