Garden Bay Signature AppartHotel

We had trouble getting a taxi, and there weren’t many local shops nearby. Inside, the floor was sandy and quite dirty when we arrived, and water leaked from the bathroom. The electricity cut out at random during the day, and switching on any electrical item could make it go off too. The apartment itself was spacious, but there was no lift, so we had to carry our many bags up several flights of stairs.

The residence is nice, but the apartment isn’t well maintained, and the owner is renting it on Airbnb. It’s isolated, with no amenities nearby, so you really need a car. If you’re okay with humidity, fine, but if not, don’t book.

I’ve stayed at Garden Bay before and would recommend it for families 🏀⚽🏐. Thanks to the security team, and especially the garden and pool technicians Ayoub, Fuad, Bilal, and Khalid in the restaurant 💕. Chouaib at the convenience store was great 🏪, and thank you to Amine for the care and compassion he shows all GOD's creatures 😻. I also appreciated the other residents, including Abdi-Rahman 🌊.

The apartments were dirty overall, with bad Wi-Fi and power outages. People in our group also ran into cockroaches, mold, loose doorknobs and handles, and toilets that wouldn’t flush. We booked apartments by the swimming pools, but residents were occupying them, so we couldn’t get into the apartments we’d booked. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
