Loudi Marrakech

Louise has put so much care into this beautiful boutique hotel, and guests are treated like family. The garden, lovely pool, and luxurious rooms and bungalows, including options with private pools, make it a great spot for time with family or friends. The grounds also work well for private events or weddings. We were impressed by the cuisine, and I’d gladly recommend staying here.

The bungalows are the only part that felt luxurious to us. The service was below average, the reception was unfriendly, and the menu was very limited, with only basic dishes. On our departure, the taxi arranged for the airport arrived 45 minutes late, and we nearly missed our flight. It was a disappointing end to the vacation. Then they sent a generic prewritten email asking us to rate them 10 stars.

Louisa, the manager, was so sweet and arranged all our activities and restaurant bookings. She knows great spots. We loved the traditional Moroccan food, and the staff were kind. There’s 24 hour security too. Our room was beautiful, especially the design, and the place itself is really lovely. The food was great, and I’d recommend booking here to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We’d definitely come back.

Louisa was always around when we needed anything, and kindly booked restaurants and recommended great places for dinner. We were welcomed with Moroccan mint tea and biscuits, and the breakfasts and lunches were both beautiful. The location, staff, food, and hotel were all lovely. We had a wonderful stay.
