We asked to switch rooms less than 20 minutes after arriving because the smell was so bad, but they refused, saying the room had already been used. We tried to put up with it, but it was too strong. They said they could only clean it. When I returned, the smell was still there. They'd just sprayed perfume to cover it, and that didn't help at all. The restroom had cracks and stains, and we were given only two towels. Apart from the location, the service and room condition were the worst hotel experience I've had. I'll tell my tourist friends to avoid this IBIS hotel. I won't forget how bad the customer service was.

The staff were welcoming, and I was really happy with their work. The hotel was clean, the food tasty, and the atmosphere was nice. Breakfast was included and good. The bathroom had both hot and regular water. I felt very welcome and would stay here again.

8/10
It was a good experience so far. The place is comfortable and the staff are kind. The shower doesn't seal properly, so some water can leak out while you're bathing. The location is handy for getting around the country, with the train station close by. It's also convenient to go out early and see the sea, or have the plaza nearby.

The people were very friendly, and I had a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious. The beach is close too, about a 10-20 minute walk.

The hotel is modern and clean, like most IBIS places, and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. It's conveniently near the main train station and not far from the seafront. The guest-room Wi-Fi kept dropping, and the poor connection was frustrating. Smoking is allowed in the bar, as it is in many places in Morocco, and that put me off going in.
