The place itself is very nice, but we felt completely unwelcome because of how arrogant and rude the owners were. They don't speak English, and made us feel useless for not speaking French. My husband tried French too, but the owner was still very impolite. We also had an issue with our Booking reservation because we couldn't add our child. The woman wouldn't listen to our explanation and wanted to charge us for an extra adult, even though their Booking terms said nothing about that. If we hadn't already paid for the room, we definitely wouldn't have stayed. I've never experienced anything like this in Morocco.

The quiet is what I loved most, and the people at the riad were welcoming. The food was excellent too. Everything is well cared for, from the clean rooms and shared areas to the garden, with fruit and olive trees, grass, flowers, and visiting birds. The rooms are decorated with mostly Amazigh-style furniture. A guest house that really respects nature.

I came away feeling rested. The riad is so calm and peaceful, just right for relaxing, and the staff are kind, attentive, and quick to help. They take care of all the little details, and the service is impeccable. I loved the authentic, welcoming atmosphere.

We stopped at this riad during a road trip and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise. Mohamed and the team looked after us so attentively. They gave our son little cakes and orange juice when we arrived, and the welcome was lovely. The rooms are spacious and have great linens, and the place has a lot of charm. Dinner was a real feast, so I'd definitely recommend eating there. Thanks again for making us feel so welcome.
