Riad Bouchahoud Hotel In Telouet

The owner opened the hotel just for my wife and me when we arrived without a booking, then shared dinner and breakfast with us and kindly answered our many questions about the village. His affection for the community showed, as did the care he has put into the hotel. From the balcony, you can look over a small oasis valley, and we enjoyed hiking along the river valley through local farms. The hotel itself is beautiful. This was the most amazing place we visited in Morocco, and I would return to the country just to stay here for a week. Thank you so much!

The staff were brilliant, and I really enjoyed the food, including Moroccan spaghetti, couscous, and a great lunch. The rooms could use some heating.

Getting to this hotel along that path is an adventure, but once you arrive, the view feels like heaven. The people and management make the place special, with genuine warmth and hospitality from the village. The staff cook and serve dinner and breakfast and look after you like family. They inspired me so much that I wanted to stay longer. I seriously didn't want to leave. I hope to come back soon and spend at least a week there.

This place has heart, something even many star studded places could only dream about. The hosts are gentle and make you feel welcome, the food is full of flavour, and the attention to detail is outstanding. Being here is an absolute pleasure, with everything you need. It reconnects you with a place that holds on to its values and professionalism. The art of hosting here feels untarnished and unquestionable.
