Hotel Soho Boutique Tetuan

Dear Soho Hotel Tetouan Team, During my 6-night stay at Soho Hotel in Tetouan, your team made the visit pleasant and memorable. I noticed your professionalism in the hospitality and service from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and family-friendly feel, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The team’s attention to detail, respectful communication and steady support showed genuine care for guests and high standards. Thank you. I’ll be glad to recommend Soho Hotel to friends and colleagues, and I look forward to staying again. Kind regards, Dr. Abdullah alali

There was a strong urine smell in our room when we arrived, along with a clump of human hair. We told the receptionist, and the team cleaned while we were out. But when we came back, the urine smell had been replaced with a strong synthetic fragrance. We left the window open for two hours to air it out, though it was December 30th, and the smell was still there. We slept with the window open and bath towels over us because the receptionist said there were no extra blankets. They offered another room, but we would have had to accept a downgrade with no financial compensation. We left in the morning, skipping the second night even though we’d paid for it. Since then, we’ve emailed Soho costumer service and heard nothing back. Terrible experience.

The rooms are small, which is why I’m giving four stars, but the hotel itself is really nice and clean. The staff are the best part, so welcoming and kind. Besides the room size, everything was perfect!

We had one of our best hotel stays this past weekend. The staff were kind and very helpful, even guiding us around the city. The location was great, the room nice and clean, and breakfast decent.
