The front desk staff were really nice, and the room was clean, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The AC didn’t do enough, and street noise came through. The TV didn’t work either. Breakfast was a reasonable Moroccan spread, though they could use more help. They also lacked basics like drinking water, cups, and napkins. This doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. It’s okay for one night if you have to stay.

It was clean and felt safe, though the building looked old and a bit dark. Breakfast didn’t feel up to 4-star standard.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast in the dining room, and the reception staff were pleasant and professional. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Chams.

10/10
The porter was so kind when I was sick, and even seemed reluctant to take my tip. Staff also greeted me by name when they saw me in the town center. They made me feel like a friend, not just a guest, and I’ve never had a better hotel experience. The room did seem a little outdated for a 4-star place when I arrived, but the people completely changed my impression. I can’t wait to come back soon!

The staff treated me like a friend, not just a guest. They even remembered my name and greeted me on the street when they spotted me in the centre. The porter helped when I was sick and barely accepted my tip. The room felt a bit dated for a 4-star hotel, but meeting the staff changed everything. I’ve never had a better hotel experience, and I hope to return soon!
