Dinner was very good, with professional, discreet service. The hotel was clean and the mountain view was lovely, too. I found it a comfortable place to stay and unwind.

The first room I had during my four-night stay was great. The room I was moved to for the final night had poor sound insulation and problems with the lighting, so check the room type carefully before booking.

When I'm in Tetouan, Paloma Hotel is where I like to stay overnight. Thanks to all the staff for their professional, attentive care and for making sure guests have a comfortable, well-organized stay.

Lovely setting and helpful, friendly staff. The pool could use safety bars, though.

We were there for part of a tour stopover. Breakfast choices were limited, and our room smelled damp, like mould. Opening the window to get some air meant putting up with a lot of traffic noise.
