The reception staff were professional and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and ready to help. The atmosphere is pleasant and the services are good, making for a comfortable stay. The old-town setting seemed so odd and messy that we wondered if we were really staying there. Then we walked through the gate and everything changed: a lovely garden and a big parking area. All the staff were very nice and willing to help with anything. Breakfast was satisfactory. The rooms could use some renovation, especially the bathrooms. We also booked a desert tour at their own camp, and it was quite alright. Recommended...

The people are what make Paradise Touareg Riad stand out. They were so warm and welcoming that it felt like being at home. It was a good place to stop before heading into the desert, and a solid option compared with the other hotels available in the region. The rooms were clean, decent, and comfortable. I even checked with my UV light, so I feel confident about the cleanliness. The food was tasty and satisfying after a long drive, though it wasn’t the best meal I’ve ever had. If you’re into off-road driving or desert adventures, the guides at the hotel are happy to share useful tips on routes and roads. I stayed one night on my way to the desert and was glad I did.

The outdoor space is really good and the staff are friendly, though they’re very keen to sell tours. The restaurant food was average, the rooms need attention, and the shower was cold at first, but they fixed it.
