Everything made this a delightful stay with Mohamed from Perlamazigh. We spent two nights there, and it was our best experience in Morocco. The garden and play area were great for our small children, and the rooms and beds were extremely comfortable and warm. The food was perfect too. The price was very fair, with a rich breakfast and dinner included. We definitely recommend it.

It felt homey and cozy, especially in the low season when there weren’t many people around. After a few days in the desert, this was a peaceful spot to rest. We enjoyed the green, colorful garden, the birds singing in the yard, and tea and good conversations in the winter sunshine. A good local friend helped us book and made everything easy, including the food, taxi, and room service. We appreciated it :)

We stayed for three nights and would come back if we’re in the area again. The host is really nice, and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. A really nice place to stay.

The staff treated us exceptionally well, and there was even parking inside. We loved the wonderful views and the beautiful patio. Everything was perfect! 🥳🤩

We booked because we were part of Rallye du Maroc, which was staying in Zagora for three days. After driving for over 12 hours, we arrived in the late afternoon and a girl at reception tried to tell us in very poor English that there was no room for us. It took more than an hour of translating Arabic and English with Google to understand that they’d given our room to someone else because it supposedly wasn’t paid. We had actually paid a week before arriving. The only thing unpaid was the city tax, which was meant to be paid at the hotel. She tried to persuade me to cancel the booking, but I would have gladly done so if I hadn’t already paid and if all the hotels in Zagora weren’t full because of the rally. After another 30 minutes of negotiating and translating, they gave us a room. Then the receptionist said we had to pay 2400drh (about 240 Euro) in city tax, even though the tax is 2 euros per person per day. There were 10 people from the rally, and everyone had the same situation and conversation. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you don’t speak French or Arabic. The room was spacious but not clean, and all the furniture was dirty or sticky. The bathroom was small but okay. The parking was locked at night, which was convenient, but getting in and out was very difficult with our L200 because the street is quite narrow.
