The next morning, I was quoted a different amount from the price I’d been given when I checked in before midnight. I felt awful about how it all went. The front desk associate seemed to know exactly how to get extra money from me, so be very careful if you stay here. This was about two years ago.

The room was enough to make me leave straight away, thankfully before I’d paid. The place feels stuck in the 70s, smells old, and barely has any light. With nothing to recommend it beyond walls and a roof, the prices are still higher than other hotels in Cahul. I can’t understand how anyone gives it more than one star. Avoid it, even sleeping in your car sounds better.

It’s a budget hotel, and you get what you pay for.

While we were eating, the woman working in the kitchen service watched a movie and spoke to us very disrespectfully. She was really rude. If you want better reviews, improve the staff, and maybe the showers and TV too.

The rooms are spacious, the food is nice, and there’s parking for about five cars. By Moldovan standards, it’s a good, cozy place, and I love it here. I’d go for the lux room, since it’s bigger and costs only £2 more.
