Mini 3 Hotel

The hotel's size is good, but it wasn't very clean and there were few items. The only advantage is that it's close to the airport. Service was very poor, especially from the waiter. There's no basic courtesy, not even a hello or goodbye. When customers arrived, staff just looked down to play games and left them waiting. This didn't feel like a hotel at all.

The receptionist was friendly enough, but her English wasn't very good and she didn't understand what time I was due to arrive. After an exhausting trip I had to knock at the closed main door for a while. The hotel is around 15 minutes from the airport by car without traffic, so it may suit people passing through Chisinau with a flight the next day. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the rooms are pretty big. The receptionist is mostly why I gave it a 3, because those were about the only positives. There was no kettle or basic hygiene supplies, the furniture was old, insects were present, the jalousie was broken, and the shower had problems. When I asked for soap, they gave me a cup with some kind of “soap” inside. I wonder what a one- or two-star hotel would look like, then. Better avoid this place if you're staying longer than one night.

It's a nice place with a good vibe, and I definitely recommend it. Some rooms are small while others are very good, so it depends on what's available. If you can choose, go for a room with a balcony. I liked it.

I've never seen a hotel this dirty. There were no door handles in the room, and the bathroom had about a square meter of tiles. The bed laundry hadn't been washed, and nobody knows how many people had slept in the bed. The website said breakfast was included in the price, but the woman told me there was no breakfast and that the website was wrong. Stay away from this hotel.
