I booked the largest apartment, or suite, and stayed for several days. Several lights were faulty in almost all of my rooms. The place was noisy, the windows couldn't be opened, and the view was poor. Some bathroom fittings didn't work, including one of the two showers, which was completely out of order. I reported it early in my stay, but there was no repair, maintenance, or room servicing before I left. They offered small bathroom amenities, such as shower gel, instead. This apartment didn't meet the standard I expected from a so-called 5-star category.

I usually stay at this lovely hotel when I'm passing through Chisinau. I've never used the spa services. There's a great restaurant across the street and a small mini market just steps away for all you need.

I really enjoyed my stay. It's a new, clean hotel, and I don't know why some of the other reviews are bad.

It’s a small place with just six rooms, tucked between residential blocks, but very convenient, with a reserved parking space. It’s close to the city center and good value for money. There’s no breakfast, though some really nice restaurants are nearby. They also offer spa services.

The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Rose Lake is very close, though the rest of the city's attractions are about 20 minutes away. Miss Safa and Miss Zerin at reception were cheerful and especially helpful. I appreciated them pointing me toward local attractions.
