The rooms are fairly large and proper, and the internet connection was reasonably reliable. But there’s no lobby, and the service can’t be counted on. They forgot the airport transfer, while breakfast was slow and inattentive. Get there early if you want the full selection, since items run out and refills are slow or don’t come. The coffee machine always seems to be missing something, whether water, milk, or coffee. Noise is the worst part. The walls are so thin you can hear a neighbor sneeze. On weekends there are events in the hotel restaurant, and street musicians outside keep howling their songs until 10 p.m. Two of them in particular can’t hold a tune. If you’re staying longer or traveling for work, avoid it.

The location was the one good thing about my 3-day stay. The room was dark, the bed uncomfortable, and there was some kind of staircase outside the window. Sound insulation was poor, and the shower stall was tiny and cramped. There were no toiletries apart from soap, which doubled as shampoo. The towels were thin and small, there were no bathrobes, and the trash wasn’t removed every day. There was no kettle, so I had to buy one myself. No lobby, poor food. Honestly, one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. I strongly don’t recommend it.

Even though it’s in the very center and feels fancy, the price was reasonable. Olga at the front desk was kind the whole time.

We had a lovely comfortable bed and good rooms, and the staff were great at check-in and helpful with requests. The hotel is right by central City Park, with most attractions, bars, and restaurants an easy walk away. I’d recommend it if you’re in the city.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the cleaning staff were friendly and kind. The receptionists were pleasant too, though not very professional. It might be worth adding coffee or tea to the rooms along with a kettle, as you’d expect that in a 4 star hotel. Thanks for a nice stay!
