Ezio Palace Hotel

The rooms were dirty, and the staff were very rude. The whole place felt like a basic house and was unsuitable in many ways. They should be more careful about who they hire. Totally disappointed.

The room was filthy, with yellow-stained pillows and sheets marked with blood and menstrual stains. The pool was disgusting too, and the sauna was covered in dirt. I booked and paid for a romantic evening as a surprise for my partner, but the place was nowhere near ready for that. Getting my money back took a police call. They made me wait two hours, saying the owner had gone out of town and had to return, and that they didn’t have the money until then. The staff said I wasn’t the first person this had happened to, and wouldn’t be the last. Just rude people all around, and a complete disappointment. They don’t deserve even one star.

We booked the whole place for four nights, but the rooms were old, cold, and dirty. They didn’t clean either the rooms or the hall while we were there. The owner was also very rude, saying we were disturbing the people who live there. Seriously?

They offered me a basement room in the end, after telling me in the middle of the night that nothing was available, even though I’d already paid. I later saw comments saying this overbooking had happened nearly every month. It feels like they deliberately sell more rooms than they have. The place was very dirty and smelled awful. I really can’t recommend it.
