Loved the food here, especially if you’re after traditional Moldovan dishes. The people were lovely, service was fantastic, and everything we ate was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it and will come back!

We could get into the city center easily by public transport, or walk there. The guesthouse grounds were neatly kept, and there’s a restaurant decorated in a traditional style. Every morning the hostess served us a delicious breakfast and made the mornings nice with pleasant conversation. She was responsive and very welcoming.

The staff were very kind, and the restaurant was a highlight: the menu is extensive, and the food was tasty and well prepared. There’s also a summer terrace, plus a stylish air-conditioned restaurant that makes for a pleasant visit, especially in summer. The hotel has a distinctive traditional feel, with many folk objects from a Moldovan peasant home in the courtyard. The location is incredibly good, and I’m sure I’ll stay here again next time I’m traveling through Chisinau.

A Moldovan neighbor kindly arranged my stay at this mini-hotel, and it turned out to be a very good choice. The rooms were clean and tastefully furnished, with wide beds, a good-sized spacious refrigerator, and a large, spotless bathroom. Mrs. Valentina and her husband were kind hosts, and we enjoyed the restaurant too. I’m happy to recommend it to anyone visiting or making a pilgrimage to the Republic of Moldova. The photos show what I mean.
