The rooms were cold when we arrived at about 10 pm, and there’s no heating, so you have to use the air conditioning. They weren’t clean, there was no soap, and there was no cable TV. The owner treated guests as if every service were a favor. Anything extra costs four times more. Breakfast was 200 Moldavian Lei, four times what it costs at a restaurant in the center. They only take cash and give no receipt. They even charged us to use the grill. I’ll never recommend this place or come back.

For the price, this was very good. The pool was nice, and breakfast was great. The woman running the place was kind, as were the other staff members we dealt with. We ran into a few issues, but each one was taken care of quickly and fully.

The price is far too high for what you get, and there are much better places to stay. I wouldn’t risk spoiling a holiday here. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Please save your money and nerves and go to Alexa instead. This place was a nightmare, and the woman at the pool was disgraceful. Avoid it. We went to the pool last week and paid 600md lei for three people. The water was super cold, and the woman collecting payment was unbelievably arrogant and had no social manners. No wonder people complain about her attitude. When we called again to ask if the pool was available, she said the price was 250md lei and had been that way for years. We’d been there just six days earlier. Her greed seems to have no limits.
