The service was the worst I've ever experienced. The staff's attitude was horrible, and even though the manager was okay, they didn't apologize for how the staff behaved. We had to carry our own luggage, with no help. The rooms were large but old and dated, and not worth the price. The internet and services were awful. Apart from the very nice gentleman in the parking garage, the people weren't nice. If you're used to good service in a Western country, find another hotel. I'd recommend the Radisson across the street. I've never been so unhappy.

The central location in Chisinau is handy, and the hotel is good overall. My mattress was a little hard, and the walls are quite thin. With more than 100 rooms and only 1.5 elevators, getting around became a kind of existential experience. It took us 17 minutes to ride from the 3rd to the 11th floor, which was so slow it became funny, so we started timing it.

Breakfast had plenty of choices and was excellent. The location put nearby sights within easy reach, right in the city center. My room was a standard size, clean, and kept in good shape. Staff were polite and professional, though some junior employees spoke limited English.

The hotel is right by the Noel bazaar and church, and sits near the center. Our room was clean and spacious, with a good view, and the service and breakfast were both great. We asked to switch rooms so we could see the Noel bazaar, and they arranged it. It feels like a five-star hotel. Airport taxi service is included, with no extra charge, which is really handy for travelers. Thanks for everything, and sorry for my bad English.

A pub in the building and a small shopping center next door, with a supermarket and bank, made things especially convenient. My room was very large and looked out over Chișinău and the Parliament. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
