I paid 3200lera online for a big family room, but they first put us in a small one. They changed rooms after I pointed it out, and the receptionist treated us badly. The iron they gave us was broken, and when I used it, it burned my clothes and the bedspread. Then they charged 650Lera for the bedspread. It was an old one, so I don’t understand why they took 650lere from us. The hotel hairdryer didn’t work either. The receptionists andrea and kosenev were very rude, and they were asleep after 11pm, with the doors locked after that. It felt like they were trying to cheat guests.

The receptionist made us feel like an interruption while they watched YouTube. Communication was another problem: although they advertise English, nobody here speaks it, so I had to rely on Google translate. They also claim each room has a TV, but none of them work, and say credit cards are accepted when payment is cash only. I could list more, but the point is, don’t trust what they advertise. Avoid this place and save your money.

Four stars? I’d give it two at most. It feels like a very simple, old, neglected hotel. The furniture is basic, and even the soap seems old fashioned and has no smell.

The villa is in a quiet location, with large, clean rooms. Miss Doina at reception was polite, and parking out front felt safe and was good. Everything was fine.
