10/10
The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, and the hotel felt comfortable and polished. I’d absolutely recommend it when visiting Chișinău. I was upgraded during my stay, and the room may have been the best I’ve stayed in anywhere. The rooms look freshly refurbished and feel very high-end. There’s a good spa, a decent casino, and a couple of excellent bars. I especially liked sitting outside and relaxing in the seating area at New York. This may be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. In my view, it deserves at least six stars.

The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is right in the city centre, with outstanding facilities for conferences and meetings. A couple of small problems affected the impression and should be quick to fix: the window-opening mechanism was broken, and the shower cabin drain was clogged.

The pianist playing for guests was lovely, and I really enjoyed his songs. The rooms were very nice, and the staff were kind and helpful. The location is excellent. We highly recommend the breakfast, it was really very good.

Radisson Blu Leogrand Hotel in Chișinău is a reliable choice for professional visits, dining, or a stay. It’s right in the city centre, convenient for both business and leisure. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good sound insulation and a well-designed ventilation system that keeps the indoor climate pleasant. The interior is elegant and calm, and the public areas are thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. Staff were polite, attentive, professional, and quick to help. The restaurant deserves a mention for its quality food, lovely presentation, and consistent service. It works well for business meetings or a quiet dinner. The hotel provides comfort and service at a true international standard, and represents the Radisson Blu brand well.

As a frequent traveler and Radisson member, I’ve stayed at many hotels in the chain. Radisson Blu Leogrand in Chișinău is among the best I’ve visited, especially for its accommodation, service, and food. I didn’t use the pool, casino, or rooftop bar, but the comfort and hospitality throughout the hotel impressed me.
