I arrived at Berd's and immediately didn't want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a calm, relaxing feel. The food was the most delicious I've had, with Michelin-level dishes. What really won me over was the team. Everyone went out of their way to make the stay special, and each day brought another touching gesture. Doina, the manager, Anton at reception, Maxim at the bar, and Lisa in the restaurant all made me feel cared for. Thank you for such warm, loving hospitality. I'll be back soon with my daughter 🇮🇱❤️

We've stayed many times in the presidential suite, which costs 500 euros a night, and each visit has met my expectations. It's a wonderful, well-kept hotel, with a superb room and every comfort. The food is a real highlight. Dinner, lunch, and breakfast at the restaurant are all excellent, and the cooking is at a high level. Breakfast is mostly à la carte, so dishes arrive fresh; there's also a smaller buffet section, and that is excellent too. We enjoyed good food and wine in a peaceful, safe setting. The staff are very kind, which is rare in Moldova, where many people can be rather rude. Well done. Keep it up, choose your team carefully, and don't settle for rude people or anyone just going through the motions.

For the first time in a long while, I felt relaxed and clear-headed. The hotel suites were clean and tidy, the restaurant was high-end, and breakfast came with a generous spread and freshly baked goods. The crew were welcoming and kind. They even arranged a pizza for us at 00:30, with delivery included for 8 euros. I'll come back, and I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly. A wonderful hotel that I'd definitely recommend. A special mention for the administrator Nelu, who showed real professionalism and outstanding care for customers. ♥️
