Shadow Boutique Hotel

We only come to Shadow for the pool, so I can't comment on the rooms since we've never stayed overnight. The pool isn't large, but it's deep, and it's a nice way to swim and relax in the city. The hotel administration is also really friendly and helpful. Food is the frustrating part. Even when the restaurant is empty, orders can take ages. One of the women there seemed to ignore us when we were trying to order for four, wandering around as if she couldn't see us. When she finally spoke to us, she rudely asked, “What do you want?” in Russian. We ordered a pizza and two portions of gyros, and were told they would take two hours to prepare. We ended up ordering delivery through glovo instead.

The room and bed were just right, and the staff were kind and helpful (and beautiful ;)). The minibar prices were reasonable, and I'd happily stay again. The address is a little odd, though it doesn't matter much if you're driving. I had a few minor hassles using the pool, but eventually got to enjoy it on my own, which was great. Thank you.

Mihail, the owner, really made our stay easy. He's always around and ready to help guests, and he speaks fluent French. The rooms are nice, the location works well, and taxis are cheap for getting around. If I could give the service more stars, I would! Thanks, Mihail, from the French Team.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was nice. The receptionists were very friendly, and a big thank you to Valeria Varanita 💕 I was surprised to find no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, and there was no free bottled water either. A few bathroom basics were missing too, including a comb, cotton buds, and sponges.
