The room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The receptionist was kind and tried to help, though she spoke only Russian. That wasn’t a big problem for me, but Moldova’s official language isn’t Russian. Breakfast was pretty basic: boiled egg, spreadable cheese, bread, coffee or tea, and a small croissant. The hotel sits a bit outside the city, on the second floor with no lift, so it won’t work for anyone with mobility issues. It’s near the road, and the windows didn’t shut properly, so the noise could get annoying, despite the generous parking right outside. The TV was tiny, and I couldn’t get it working with its extra signal decoder. My room door wouldn’t stay shut unless locked, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close at all.

The room was spacious and clean, and the person at the desk was very kind, even though I arrived without a reservation. It was a nice, quiet hotel. I’d stay here again.

The staff were helpful, and we managed to communicate with Google Translate. Still, the price didn’t feel justified. The room got incredibly hot during the day with no AC, and the towels were tiny, with no hand towels. Wi-Fi was okay, but breakfast wasn’t good and the bread was really dry.

A quiet, cozy spot. I got in around 3 a.m. after a one-night stop on the way to Chisinău, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

There was no cold water, and the place smelled a little. I waited 15 minutes at the restaurant before anyone noticed me.
