The breakfast was a little disappointing, with few choices, though there was enough for a decent meal. We stayed four days, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When we accidentally broke the toilet seat, they replaced it promptly without asking questions. They also brought us an extra duvet for the beds, which felt a bit too firm for us, and didn’t charge for it. The rooms are fairly modern and comfortable, and the hotel was very clean.

The rooms felt carefully designed, clean, and just right. The hotel is in a nice central neighborhood, close to cafes and really good restaurants, including one at the hotel. What makes the place, though, is the efficient, warm and welcoming staff. It really felt like a home away from home.

A lovely little hotel, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. I had a great stay, though I could hear all the noise from neighboring rooms. The poor sound insulation made it a bit hard to rest.

Nick at reception was lovely, and both my room and the hotel itself were nice. But breakfast was included in my reservation, and I wasn’t served any. Apparently the kitchen staff hadn’t shown up for reasons no one knew. There was no food, and the coffee was stale and watery, so I ended up going to the airport and waiting in a very busy cafeteria that was overpriced and mediocre just to eat something. It was an awful experience. I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in countless hotels, including in some really poor, unsafe countries for work, and nothing like this has happened to me before. It’s hugely disappointing and leaves the whole country looking bad.
